My life has simply gotten better since I’ve donned an Attitude of Gratitude I wake each morning and go to bed each night listing many of the people, places and things I am Grateful for. Usually I don’t even get out of bed in the morning until I muse about all I have to be grateful for. Much of my gratitude listings are about people. I am blessed with so many diverse individuals in my life, most still on this earth walk with me, but many who have crossed over and I use this time to thank them for being in my life (on whatever dimension) and envelop them in love and gratitude. BLOG #18 – TECHNOLOGY!
TECHNOLOGY & ATTITUDE Recently I spent a great deal of time switching from one email home to another in order to complete my work. So what does this have to do with Let’s Be Peace? Good question. I noticed that what might have really thrown me and made my mood less than peaceful not so long ago, that morning I was able to power through and deal with the challenges brought forth while remaining pretty peaceful and calm. Well, the issue is still there but I am not consumed by it and know it will be resolved in time. Four days have passed since I wrote this and with a great deal of effort and an Earth Angel named Navid at the email hosting company we work with, all is back in order. I have once more learned that the attitude has so much to do with how we handle things and how we feel. Being Peace assists in everything we do. I Am Grateful for the knowledge. How about you? Life is Good Do you believe that? Do you wake up in the morning grateful for waking up and being grateful, however you are feeling. Are you grateful? I do my best to be grateful and the truth is for the past few years I am reminded that I have so much to be grateful for each and every day, including the miracle of sleeping well and waking up feeling good. Not wasting time to discover why it has taken me so long but grateful that I have learned gratitude and it has become one of the core beliefs of the Let’s Be Peace Movement. A dear friend and colleague said that Peace Whisperer is too gentle a phrase for what I am looking to accomplish. I have stopped and considered that and yet Peace Whisperer… reaching out and inspiring one person at a time seems to fit.. at least for now. Finding Peace and Being Peace is an inside job for each of us and through the upcoming book, podcast and speaking engagements, we’ll spread the word, the feeling, the sensibility and help those who are open to it find their way to Peace inside. Yes, that’s a famous line from John Lennon and indeed he and Yoko Ono were/are all about Peace. Perhaps he was called to spread peace early in his life. For me the calling became clear in my 7th decade on planet earth. Part of me might have always known that this is the reason I chose to incarnate on planet earth at this time, but the clarity came later. I certainly have never been a fan of conflict and early in my life I told my father I did not embrace organized religion because there are wars in the name of religion. It didn’t matter to me that our tradition didn’t’ condone or embrace war, but ultimately human beings of many religions have made that a part of their Earth Walk. I read recently that the ‘reason’ Jews were considered the ‘chosen’ people, something I never understood until I read this, was that Jews were chosen to bring peace to the planet. Big Aha for me. Here’s another interpretation from Britannica: “Simply put, being a chosen one means that you have been called to a higher purpose, a path of enlightenment and spiritual growth. “Pathway to Higher Calling” Additionally, you have a deep longing to connect with something greater than yourself and to make a positive impact in the world." If you are reading this, it is likely you have been chosen, called to Be Peace inside and to hold Peace for the Planet within you. Whether you follow an organized religion or simply believe in Peace, you have been drawn to the Let’s Be Peace Movement knowing that we can Be Peace one person at a time. What does Peace for All mean. It is quite literal. I Am Peace for Me, You are Peace for You and each of us can spread Peace by Being Peace one person at a time. How can I talk of Peace when so many on this planet are experiencing physical, emotional and territorial war. It is partially because of this that Peace inside is more important than ever. I believe as we maintain Peace for ourselves that will spread energetically globally. It’s an energetic solution and one that I believe each of us can Be. We were born with the ability to be Peace inside and it’s time to remember that and to be that and to embrace that and to know that Peace is what we are here to Be for ourselves and each other. What is a Peace Whisperer? I’m learning to not define it. I have long been told that people simply enjoy my energy and have a couple of colleagues, now friends, who ask me to be on their production team to share my energy. I never quantified that and like to believe it’s also for my talents as a producer, however, there are times that I’ve joined as a PA to help out and to keep Peace on the set. It’s a talent I have been blessed with long before I came to embrace it. My mother always taught my sister and I to be good listeners. That may be part of it. I enjoy listening and hearing what people have to say, to get their perspective and to embrace our differences. Politics have somewhat gotten in the way of that for me this past decade but I am back to doing my best to embrace everyone’s point of view. I choose to not allow discord into my home. I don’t watch local or national television news or tv with any violence. Recently I tried watching two shows because I so admire the lead talent. One is Jody Foster and her True Detective series but after 3 episodes the violence was too prevalent and I no longer am letting it into my living space. Does any of this explain how or what a Peace Whisperer is? I don’t know that it does.. do let me know what you think. One of the tips I have related in these Let’s Be Peace blogs and, in several interviews, and podcasts to avoid feeling like a victim. When I searched victim definitions.. this is the one that I think most relates to our theme of Being Peace. “A victim is someone who has suffered as a result of someone else's actions or beliefs, or as a result of unpleasant circumstances” All of us at some point in our life have felt we have ‘suffered as a result of someone else’s actions or beliefs or aa a result of unpleasant circumstances.” ( I have purposely not used the definitions that relate to bodily harm or other physical traumas) The premise here, in the Let’s Be Peace movement, is that we only feel like a victim if we perceive of ourselves as one. It is in our power to quiet ourselves, go inside, release the event or circumstance and move on. This to a degree goes along with the Forgiveness path to Peace. When we Forgive ourselves and others we no longer ‘need’ to feel like a victim. We move on with our lives with that forgiveness resolving issues and we no longer delve into victimhood. There is no judgment here. Simply a tool to help you find your way to Peace inside. While speaking with my dear friend and coach, the Angel Lady, Sue Storm, we discussed my purpose, which I’ve known for a while now is spreading Peace. Sue and I searched for a term to describe that concept to reach the maximum audience and we (likely with the help of angels) came up with PEACE WHISPERER.
The reality is I am a gentle conveyor of the Let’s Be Peace movement. I plan on being a spokesperson and leader and my goal is for each individual to BE Peace inside thusly, creating Peace in the world. You already know that I believe Peace begins when we create Peace inside - one person at time. We learn to generate Peace in ourselves and as we radiate Peace it will spread to others. Peace is truly an inside job! Here are some of the tips I’ve assembled to assist in creating Peace inside: *Go Inside and do what feels right for you. *Breathe deeply - here are two techniques: Breathe in 4, hold 4, breath out 4) Breathe in 4, hold 7 and breathe out to the count of 8) *Forgive yourself and others *Discover the different modalities that can aid you in improving your health and wellness. When you are healthy, you can be more peaceful, when you are peaceful you are more healthy. *Acknowledge that it’s not them and us.. We are all One and we can find the answers inside of ourselves. *Do your best to avoid internalizing the outside forces. *Avoid feeling like a victim. Our bodies are remarkable ‘machines’ that have the power to heal. They give us warnings in the form of pain or discomfort so we can look for and find what we need. Assemble team mates to help you decide what your body needs, and be the one to make the decision. Take the responsibility by listening to your body, your intuition, your angels and guides. PEACE, PEACE, PEACE what is Peace? Is it serenity? Is It Calm? Is It inside? Is it Outside? Is it best served warm or cold? Pondering the meaning of Peace. Webster dictionary via google says: peace. noun. : a state of tranquility or quiet: as. a state of security or order within a community provided for by law or custom Let’s spend some time exploring that definition this week. I suspect many of us think of peace as being a state of security or order within a community provided for by law or custom and in fact, that is one of the global barometers. However, how can we experience peace when there is a form of war outside of ourselves? When the outside forces are demonstrating in the form of weapons against each other physically or verbally, how can we achieve peace? If you have read blogs 1-8 you likely know that I believe that when we create peace inside we will eventually create the peace we crave on the outside and our peace inside will radiate to others as well. Love and Trust Yourself. #LetsBePeace I recently participated in a 7 Day Blessing Worldwide Online Retreat which consisted of Live Chanting and Meditations. There was no charge but they did suggest a $10 donation for the Tibetan Monks and Monastery.
I was made aware of the 7 day event through Spring Forest Qigong. I receive their newsletters and on occasion participate in their Qigong classes. Their work is wonderful and this event was particularly life affirming. One of the remarkable things about the retreat is they said that people from 146 countries participated. And it increased to 148 by Day 7. Consider that the 2024 count of countries in the world is 195. That is awesome to me and speaks to the great numbers of people from divergent backgrounds that are taking time to quiet themselves and spread Peace. There were personal healings too, however, the basis of the meditations were global healing and that is exactly how I believe we will find Peace. One person at a time. Healing themselves and spreading that Peace to their fellow Beings. A fun note during the meditations we are encouraged to SMILE and the leader, Master Chunyi Lin says that SMILE stands for START MY INTERNAL LOVE ENERGY. I Love that! I found it fascinating to see science and spirituality coincide in this way. It also offers a perspective on why Jews have been called the “Chosen” people. Over the years I have wondered about that and frankly wondered if that phrase has added to the antisemitism which seems to rear it’s head in every generation. The movie “Can Spirit Be Measured…THE 1 FIELD” introduced by Gregg Barden offers that the word Chosen refers to being Chosen to bring Peace to the planet. Needless to say, this resonates with me, having discovered that this is certainly part of My purpose this lifetime. I encourage you to consider watching the documentary. It is on you-tube (link above) and It’s over 2 hours long with quite a few commercials, however, I am guessing you will find nuggets of information that you resonate with as I did. Wishing You a Safe, Healthy, Happy and Prosperous New Year! The past few weeks several of the podcasts that I was interviewed on dropped and I’ve posted the links in my social media and in a couple of cases texted or emailed to friends and relatives. I’ll post the most recent links at the end of this blog. At the time of this writing there are several wars raging on this planet and political strife exists fairly universally. So it is understandable that some of the comments I have received have disagreed with my, what one of my friends called 'prediction', that we are on the road to and will have peace. I am not sure which podcast I was guided to ‘predict’ that there will be peace on the planet in my lifetime, but that IS what I was guided to say. I jokingly said to a friend regarding this that I plan on living to at least 120 so that gives us lots of time, but I do believe more than ever that we will experience peace on this planet. This is for my first book, a prescriptive memoir titled ‘IT’S ABOUT TIME: My Award-Winning TV Adventure”. It was a lovely event at my local library and it gave me great joy to be a speaker among fellow authors. There were about 11 of us receiving certificates and the main speaker was the charming prolific author and teacher, Jill Schary Robinson (Dore Schary’s daughter) .
I was particularly pleased because the library system is something my mother was very dedicated to and she took my sister Marlene and I to the local libraries in Chicago when we were very young. She instilled in us a great love for reading and I am forever grateful to her. The reason I am reflecting on this in this, the 5th edition of the Let’s Be Peace blog is that reading has often been a gift that aids me in being peace. Either as an ‘escape’ into the author’s worlds or as information about heath, wellness, philosophy and spiritual modalities and practices. I find that reading can be one of the many pathways to creating peace inside. I have evolved to the point in my life that I simply don’t allow discord into my home. Whether it be meditations, tv, radio, podcasts, novels or non-fiction books, there has to be some uplifting aspect for me to engage. I understand that is not necessarily possible for everyone all the time, but I am offering it as a goal in your journey to find peace inside. If you assume that I do not watch or read daily news, that is correct. I stopped participating in that more than a dozen years ago and many of my friends and colleagues find that more than odd. But the reality is I end up knowing everything that I need to know to partake in conversations and be aware of what is going on in the world. I have advised people to refrain from watching the news before going to bed and especially to not allow their children to watch news at night. There is now scientific knowledge on the ill effects of watching TV or listening to news before going to sleep, but I started making that recommendation several decades ago and it serves me well. Simply another offering to you about how to potentially find peace inside. Please share your thoughts on this and other aspects of being peace that you embrace. The dictionary defines war as: '…a conflict carried on by force of arms, as between nations or states, or between parties within a state” and sadly there are at least two such major conflicts going on at this time. That is NOT the type of war we are addressing here but I want to acknowledge the human impact on each of us when there is an armed conflict anywhere on the globe. It is particularly difficult for most of us to find the Peace inside when the outside ‘world’ is experiencing armed and other types of war on the outside. This is particularly potent when hatred seems to be pervasive in our own community, almost in our back yard. But I believe that this is exactly the time we need to seek and Be Peace inside. You see, I sincerely believe that when each of us individually is peace, peace will multiply throughout the world. Most of us feel helpless in changing the outside world and many of us take pro-active steps to help secure peaceful resolutions. Consider how creating peace inside will permeate the outside. You don’t’ have to do anything pro-active within the outside world. Simply still ourselves and find peace inside. Here are some of the techniques we discussed in Blog #2. Learn to Love and Trust Yourself Meditate in whatever form suits you It can be as little as 5 minutes a day or as much as hours but learn to quiet yourself and listen to your inner being Breathing techniques The two that I use most often are Breathe in to count of 4 Hold for 4 Breathe out for count of 4 Hold for 4 Another breathing technique: Breathe in to the count of 4 Hold to the count of 7 Breathe out to the count of 8 Surrender and Allow, Surrender & Trust Journal – write about what you are feeling, doing or how you are Being. Anything that comes to you. Can be short or long or in-between. It’s a release and will help you focus on what you are experiencing inside. Assemble team mates to help you decide what your body needs and You be the one to make the decisions. Take the responsibility by listening to your body, your intuition, your Angels and Guides. Acknowledge that I’s not them and us. We are all One and we can find the answers inside of ourselves. Love and Trust Yourself #LetsBePeace The book LET’S BE PEACE is in the final stages of contributions and first edit. It has been a blessing to have so many experts step up and agree to or ask to be a part of it. 18 Contributors have already done their interview or submitted a chapter and there are a couple more in the pipeline. I do not know yet how many will fit into the first book. It is possible all will and if not, volume 2 will be created sooner rather than later! I have learned so much in the process of writing, researching and assembling this book. A collaborative book is quite different from the prescriptive memoir I wrote (IT’S ABOUT TIME; My Award-Winning TV Adventure). The writing was all in my hands then and the time table was my own. This is different in many ways. My intention is to write an introduction to each contribution plus the introduction to the book and two chapters about my journey. Those are almost complete. I am doing the first edit of each chapter, however I will likely engage a professional editor at some point to help fine tune the overall manuscript. This is a bit of a costly venture but I am sure will be well worth the time and financing. I have been told by two traditional publishers so far that a traditional publisher will not deal with an anthology which is what they are calling this. I do not think it is that at all but because there are contributors they have deemed it so. All that means is I’ll probably go with a hybrid publisher. Many publishers offer an option now that is a combination of self publishing and traditional support, however the author pays a fee upfront. This is substantial depending on who you engage. Wow.. I hadn’t planned on explaining all that but now that I have, I hope it is interesting and helpful to you. Here are some of the questions that each contributor was asked to respond to in their chapter or interview. The answers have been as diverse as the individuals and I am especially enjoying the variety of ‘takes’ on the Peace questions. 1. What does LET’S BE PEACE MEAN TO YOU? 2. How do you or would you advise people how to Be Peace? 3. What is your approach to the subject of Wellness? 4. Would you consider yourself a functional or holistic medical practitioner or alternative medicine expert? 5. If applicable to you, What is the wellness modality that is your expertise. That you create, inspire, promote? Please describe. 6. Who and What inspires You regarding health, wellness and spirituality? 7. What does “you are your own best doctor” mean to you and how does it integrate with your practice 8. Please describe 3-5 steps for readers to follow to achieve their wellness goals and their path to Being Peace. 9 Please provide a check list of what people should look for in finding a practitioner in your modality in their area. 10. What other messages do you have for our readers? I am sharing these with you to give you a teaser of the contents of the LET’S BE PEACE book and the types of guests the podcast will have. Always remember to Love and Trust Yourself and of course LET’S BE PEACE! Being Peace is a lifelong process, one that evolves as we mature. Some of us reach a form of it sooner or later but we all have the ability, the capacity to Be Peace. My personal philosophy is that when we ‘go inside’ and find the peace inside of us we will emanate peace in our outer being, the outer world, too. I don’t believe you need to do anything ‘special’ to create Peace but that the world will find peace one person at a time as each of us embrace peace inside. This is no simple task but I believe one worth pursuing. Part of my belief system is that when we are peace within we will promote our health and wellness and when we are healthy we will promote peace inside. I find it releasing and often relaxing. Once it's on the ‘paper” (I journal on my computer) it is exposed for me to deal with or to appreciate the accomplishments and gratitudes that I list. First, I’ll tell you about the origin of the LET’S BE PEACE Book, Movement and eventually podcast. It all started for me almost two dozen years ago when I was working for Jewel and her mom, Lenedra Carroll. Lenedra wrote a book titled “Architecture of All Abundance” and it was published around the time I worked for them. In it Lenedra speaks about Being Peace and what that can mean to an individual and the world. What I gleaned from her writing is that as an individual if we attain Peace inside that will promote peace in the world. That concept touched me deeply and I began using #BePeace in my social media posts. Several years later I asked my niece Alissa what she thought of #BePeace she said she thought it was too demanding. I considered that, and agreed, and soon changed my posts and my evolution of the concept to #LetsBePeace. The idea has evolved inside of me from there. After writing and publishing my prescriptive memoir IT’S ABOUT TIME: My Award-Winning TV Adventure where I included a chapter about my spirituality and one chapter about health and wellness, I knew I had much more to say about both and planned on writing a sequel to the memoir. At a workshop with the amazing Sara Connell, Founder of The Thought Leader Academy, it became clear to me that I needed to make it into a collaborative book. The tone of the book I was planning needed to have the LET’S BE PEACE theme and also to address my passion for Alternative Health and Wellness modalities. Previously I worked with a wonderful collaboration of individuals on what was to be a Broadcast TV or Cable channel about Health, Wellness and Positivity. The channel has not yet manifested but the concept percolates inside of me still and I know a form of it will see the light of day. There were and are many alternative Health modalities that I have used in my personal road to wellness, it occurred to me that I needed the experts to describe their modalities in order to give readers an accurate sense of what is available and how they can access them for themselves. I’ve always said I don’t care what you do, I simply want to help you know there are many options and I’ve felt it is part of my mission to help people explore some of those. So that’s how it was determined to do a collaborative book with experts either writing their own chapter, answering questions that I have posed or have me interview them and then have their interview transcribed and made into a chapter. Most chose the interview model and I am currently in the process of editing those and adding my introduction to each. Early next year (2024) I will start a podcast with the LET’S BE PEACE theme and the book will be published.. simply when it’s ready! So in this first LETS BE PEACE Blog let me simply say the first piece of advice I give in how to Be Peace is to LOVE and TRUST yourself. Many more tips coming in the coming weeks and months and perhaps next time I’ll share the primary questions that the experts have responded to some degree in their contributions. How can I be writing this blog before I've published my book? Because that's what one does in order to celebrate and encourage oneself. Sara Connell is a remarkable teacher and leader of The Thought Leader Academy (TLC) but what she really is is an inspiration to all those fortunate enough to know her. She is incredibly generous with her time and knowledge and I have participated in several retreats, workshops and master classes, many she offers for free, over the past 9 months. I am grateful for her time and energy and commitment to help people like me find their story and write about it. I am fortunate to have known my story... because it is uniquely mine. What I have written is referred to as a prescriptive memoir. It's my story with lots of tips about what a producer and director does, what network and syndication television programming is and what it takes, at least in my case, to enter and excel in the television industry. I've added lots of anecdotes about the people I've met along my journey as well as the health and spiritual adventures on my path. Lots of tips about that also! I am writing this today mostly for me.. reminding myself how interesting this writing adventure has been and encouraging myself to take all the next steps needed to get published. STOP JUDGING - THAT’S RIGHT – YOU – STOP JUDGING YOURSELF, STOP JUDGING THE WORLD, STOP JUDGING OTHERS.. RIGHT NOW! When You free Yourself from judgment it opens an enormous amount of space for self care – self development and yes, self-esteem. I know ‘easy to say’ but not so easy to do. And you are correct. But I speak from experience. I judge less and less each day. That’s the gift the pandemic gave me.. it gave me the time to go deep inside and release myself from judgment. I am fortunate enough to have a role model, my sister Marlene. She is the least judgmental person I have ever encountered and the gift that gives to me, her children, her family and friends is we trust her and confide in her more than we do with others. And that’s the gift she gets back.. we are open with her, or at least I Am with her more than anyone else and it gives us a closeness that we would not have if I felt she was judging. And as you know from my blogs I have many opinions and beliefs that some might judge! So STOP JUDGING as much as you can. The energy that this opens up gives You more time to work on Yourself and to be the Best You You can Be. In order to anchor the vibration of gratitude, it must be authentic in its expression.The only reason fear plays such a powerful role in anyone’s life is due to how authentically afraid anyone is capable of being. Here are some real world examples of how you can authentically choose gratitude, even during uncertain times like these: Now more than ever, people are covering their mouths when coughing and washing their hands on a regular basis. Without needing fear as a motivator, we can be grateful that such a virus has inspired a greater mindfulness in cleansing ourselves and being mindful of the purity of other people’s space of experience. While many schools have temporarily closed, it gives families opportunities to come together and receive the emotional support that allows such a pivotal moment in Earth’s Ascension to highlight the importance of cultivating each relationship to its highest frequency of resonance. Even for those who can’t afford childcare, there have been many teenagers in Washington state who have organized to offer free babysitting while parents go to work in support of their families. While there is obviously a strong vibration of mass hysteria, many are stopping to ask deeper existential questions that wake each of us up out of the narrative of a dying matrix, swiftly moving us over into parallel timelines of rapid growth, acceleration, and expansion. While the matrix of an outdated paradigm was created as 'patterns of doing' to such an unconscious degree, this made it nearly impossible for any sentient being to pause throughout the day and realign with Source in moments of restorative beingness, our daily rhythm of ‘do, do, do’ has been interrupted by an opportunity to dive headfirst into an inner dimension of being, where there is nowhere to go, no one to be, and nothing to do but connect, align, grow, and expand during this pivotal time of rebirth. When you or someone you know is not so mesmerized by the changes taking place, these important times can be used as opportunities to get to know who you are emotionally and vibrationally, which helps align the subtle bodies of your energy field into greater harmonic concordance. Lastly, when you express gratitude, you are acknowledging the presence of something as inherently containing value. Beyond each perception of how something contains value in the outer world, the prime value in anything, including the coronavirus is the consciousness dwelling within it. When you react fearfully to any form, you are subconsciously asking that form to stay informed, so you can continually respond fearfully towards it. If not wishing to react fearfully to any particular form, we implement the vibration of gratitude to courageously acknowledge the value of consciousness within it, which creates a deeper relationship between you and the form in view. When aligning with the consciousness of any form, through moments of gratitude, as co-creators of our reality, you are commanding the form in view to become its highest consciousness, which in this example, would invoke the coronavirus to dissolve back into its original form of pure eternal light. To support your strongest immune system, wake up out of the matrix of fear, and reclaim the glory of your long-awaited courage, clarity, consciousness, and power, please repeat the following words: Consider saying out loud. “Thank you coronavirus for being the wake up call this world has needed. Even just the fact that I am saying thank you and coronavirus in the same sentence is already helping me dissolve spiritual superstitions that claim I’ll manifest what I speak out loud. Of course, such fanciful thinking could only be the inner workings of fear disguised as spiritual concept, and if I needed this type of pandemic environment to fully wake up, then so be it. Thank you coronavirus for the mindfulness being instilled in so many beings. As we wash our hands, may we cleanse our realities from broken paradigms of corruption. As we explore more time for 'being' than lifetimes of endless 'doing', may the world take pause from unhealthy habits of survival mode to explore life from a deeper state of peace, harmony, and oneness. As friends and families come together, may this bring neighbors and communities together in intended peaceful assembly as our new 5D earth continues to be birthed in the glory of my awareness and presence. Thank you gratitude for showing me how to create relationships with the consciousness in all forms, so not to be hypnotized by the power I unknowingly give to things outside of me. Thank you gratitude for showing me that the power of my perception is stronger than any pandemic of fear. In knowing it is so, I allow all patterns, characters, and agendas of scarcity, victimhood, fear, abuse, survival mode, greed, and corruption to be cleared out of my energy field, returned to the Source of its origin, transmuted completely, and healed to completion now. From this moment forward, as the co-creator of my reality, I command all power I unknowingly gave away to be swiftly returned to my energy field, I strengthen my immune system with higher frequencies of embodied integrated light, as I transmute the echo of unconscious form by acknowledging and praising the consciousness within it. Because the consciousness of all is the consciousness I AM, I allow each moment of gratitude to return each form in view to the purity, holiness, and perfection of eternal light, now that I am ready, willing, and able to step forward as the truth and transmission of Source in form. May this intention heal my being, uplift each circumstance, and transform reality for myself, my family, my relationships, my friends and neighbors, for humanity at large and beyond. Thank you gratitude for transforming coronavirus back into light. Thank you for reminding me the power that is always within me. And so I’m healed, transformed, and reborn as the light of consciousness I AM now.” Be safe and #letsbepeace GLAD
